1. Acceptance
By using Worth ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Worth is
Worth is personal finance software that helps you track accounts, budgets, investments, and goals. It is not a bank, a broker, a financial advisor, or a fiduciary. Nothing in Worth constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter manually.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your vault password and any API keys you configure.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local database if you use the self-hosted version.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Plaid and third-party connections
When you connect bank accounts through Plaid, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data on your behalf. Your relationship with Plaid is governed by Plaid's own terms and privacy policy. Worth is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or security of data provided by Plaid or any other third-party service.
5. AI Assistant disclaimer
The AI Assistant provides general financial information, not personalized advice. It is not a substitute for a certified financial planner, CPA, or attorney. Decisions made based on AI responses are your responsibility.
6. Limitation of liability
Worth is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the Service, the AI Assistant, or any third-party integrations.
7. Worth Pro subscription
Worth Pro is billed at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. All plans include a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of billing.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
